British Airways have introduced new long haul Basic Economy fares on selected US routes. The new fares aim to offer customers more choice at a lower price with the ability to personalise their trip based on their travel needs.
In partnership with British Airways Atlantic Joint Business partners; Iberia, American Airlines and Finnair, the new low-cost fares will be available on selected non-north Atlantic routes and on routes from the UK to the Middle East and from the UK to Asia.
The Basic Economy fare is offered on British Airways services between London and Austin, Boston, Delhi, Denver, Dubai, Hong Kong, Oakland, Philadelphia, Punta Cana and Singapore with prices up to £60 less than the standard returns.
Customers purchasing Basic Economy fares will enjoy the same great service in the World Traveller cabin, with new and improved in-flight meals, a range of in-flight entertainment, complimentary headphones and blankets, plus a generous hand baggage allowance and allocated seating.
