Cathay Pacific plan to expand their existing Manchester to Hong Kong service to daily flights from early December 2017 due to rising demand. Earlier this year the airline increased in its existing Manchester to Hong Kong service from four to five flights and upgraded the aircraft to an Airbus A350-900 which replaced a 777-300ER on all flights from Manchester. The Airbus A350-900 offers Cathay Pacific’s newest products in Business, Premium Economy and Economy Class with an enhanced inflight entertainment system and Wi-Fi, meaning passengers can stay connected throughout their journey. Cathay Pacific currently operates 43 non-stop flights to the UK per week, including five daily services to Heathrow and four-times-weekly services to Gatwick and Manchester.
