New to the collection for 2018 are the following exclusive Serviced Apartments:
Empire Warehouse, London opening March 2018
Empire Warehouse on Bear Gardens sees the transformation of this dilapidated beautiful brick 18th Century tea warehouse, into a spectacular aparthotel offering 75 studio, one and two bedroom apartments just minutes from the Shakespeare Globe, Borough Market and St Paul's Cathedral. The first ever BREEAM excellent rated aparthotel in the UK offers substantially reduced emission allocation for travellers tracking their carbon emissions through the Carbon Disclosure Project.
Anchor Line, Glasgow opening July 2018
This stunning art deco office building was constructed in 1906 as the head office for the Anchor Line Shipping Company. The façade details are stunning and in remarkably good condition following years of neglect including a glazed façade embedded with nautical emblems, seaweed and shell details. Many of the principal rooms were designed with the opulence of an ocean liner, all of which detail is being preserved and incorporated into the aparthotel scheme.
London Warehouse, Manchester opening late 2018
This magnificent London Warehouse is a former cotton mill built in 1867 with many original details still evident. The building is being transformed by David Archer of Archer Humphryes who led the redevelopments of the Chiltern Firehouse and Great Northern Hotels. The building will feature 166 stunning aparthotel units including studio, one and two bedroom units, an all-day bistro, co-working space, cocktail bar, barber and flower shop on the double height ground floor.
