Expansion of Basic Economy Routes from The UK

Earleir thiis year American Airlines launched theier new basic economy product, offering you more choice of fare options across the Atlantic.  American Airlines are pleased to announce with immediate effect that basic enonomy is now available on ALL routes to the United States AND Canada.

Traveleads continues to grow, going from strength to strength.

Traveleads has announced a 21% increase in annual turnover for the 2017/18 financial year.  This is due to various factors, such as new client wins and an increase in the number of clients choosing to switch from their previous travel providers.  Many have made the move in favour of a more bespoke travel service, where customer service comes first and foremost.  Greater volumes of work are also being won from London and the south-east, with two new sales team members now based full-time in London - taking advantage of the lower costs associated with running operations from regional location

Brexit will be business as usual for easyjet

easyJet has announced that easyJet UK has now secured a UK Air Operator's Certificate (AOC).  This comes as part of the low-cost carrier's plans to protect itself from any potential post-Brexit fall-out.  The move to obtain the UK AOC was announced back in February by easyjet Chairman John Barton at the company’s Annual General Meeting.  The UK based fleet will operate under the new AOC from June.  This pre-emptive move protects the airline against potential route restrictions after the United Kingdom leaves the EU in 2019, and means that regardless of the Brexit ramifications for other car

French ATC strikes set to disrupt European flights tomorrow

Airlines are warning of disruption due to a strike by French air traffic controllers tomorrow (Tuesday 22 May). The action, part of a wider general strike across the country, is set to affect flights to and from France and to other destinations using French air space.  British Airways said if the threatened strike goes ahead it would be forced to cancel some flights.
