Loganair's Largest Expansion Programme in Edinburgh

Scottish regional carrier Loganair announced that they will add several new routes from Edinburgh as part of its summer schedule. The most significant for Scotland will be the first ever link between the capital and Islay Hebrides as this means easy access to/from Islay for global travellers.

In addition, Loganair will introduce regular year-round services to the Norwegian cities of Bergen and Stavanger and seasonal links between Edinburgh and Guernsey.

100 Streets ...and still smiling!

LNER Cancels rail services in Scotland, Leeds and London

LNER are sorry to announce that a small number of their services between London King’s Cross and Leeds, and the weekday direct service between Stirling and Edinburgh, will be cancelled from 13 August 2018 onwards. Emirates to launch a daily service to Edinburgh

Emirates, the largest international airline in the world, will arrive in Edinburgh later this year with the launch of an Emirates service to Dubai.

The daily year-round service will begin on the 1st October 2018 and will maintain and strengthen Scotland's busiest airport's links with the Middle East ahead of the departure of Etihad's Abu Dhabi route.

Edinburgh will become Emirates’ second destination in Scotland after Glasgow and its eighth in the United Kingdom after the airline starts its daily service to London Stansted in June.

Qatar Airways Airbus A350-900 will mark the inauguration of the new Cardiff route
