SAS summer 2018 routes

SAS continues to expand its services to and from Scandinavia with the launch of 27 new non-stop routes to be served from several of its hubs. The seasonal summer 2018 schedule also includes five new destinations on SAS´s route map; Verona, Sarajevo, Genoa, Toulon and Beirut.

SAS is giving its customers more access to popular destinations with expanded summer services to Portugal, Spain, Croatia and Italy. SAS' seasonal summer 2018 routes will offer 114 destinations from Denmark, Norway and Sweden and 1.3 million additional seats for travellers.

Historic breakthrough as US-Cuba flights are planned

The United States has officially signed an agreement with Cuba to re-establish scheduled air services between the two countries, reports suggest they could be assigned to specific airlines as early as July and flights could begin by October.

Airlines were invited to bid for the right to fly to Havana and other cities on the island, with the potential for 110 daily round-trip flights in and out of Cuba, including 20 daily flights to Havana and 10 daily flights to other airports on the island.

Eastern Airways is increasing its services from Leeds Bradford to Southampton from September 2015.

The UK regional airline will boost frequency from three to four flights a day Monday to Friday. In addition to current weekend departures.

Finnair to launch a seasonal service from Edinburgh to Helsinki in 2016

The three-times weekly route, which will be operated by an A319, begins on April 18 and will run until October 27.
